Athletic Development Program

Any athlete will tell you that physical development is one of the biggest key elements to athletic performance. Our Body Fit Athlete Development Program provides structured training and coaching sessions to help identify your physical strengths – and target areas to work on that are most relevant to your sport.The program helps you develop strength, power, speed and agility; along with decreasing the risk of injuries. Our physiotherapists have additional qualifications in strength and conditioning coaching, exercise science and Olympic Lifting.
